How do I check the status of my transfer to Moomoo?

 

GX App: 
Successful transfers will be displayed on your GX App transaction history. To check your transfer status, all you have to do is tap on the "Main Account" to view your transaction history. 


If your transaction is not reflected in the Transaction History page, but the amount has been deducted from your account, please contact our 24-hour Customer Support Hotline at +603 7498 3188 immediately. 


Moomoo App: 
Successful transaction will be shown under Account > choose your trading account > Transfers.
