When making a report, please provide us with the necessary details, including:
- Recipient's name
- Recipient's account number
- Transaction amount
- Transaction date and time
- Any comments entered in the transaction notes
If you have encountered a fraud or scam, we recommend filing a police report. In some cases, we may request a copy of the police report to assist us in our investigation.
