When will my physical card arrive?
You can track the delivery status of your Physical Card with a few easy steps:
- Login to GXBank app
- Go to GX CardHomepage
- Tap “Track Order”
Delivery status updates will be available in the GX Card home page within the next 1-2 working days from the date of application.
The estimated delivery is typically within 5 working days.For customers located in East Malaysia or in remote areas, please allow an additional 1-2 business days beyond the estimated delivery period. We assure you that our team is committed to ensuring your card arrives as promptly as possible.
