Remember to provide us the tracking number, you could find it with a few easy steps:
- Login to GXBank app
- Go to GX Card Homepage
- Tap “Track Order”
- You will be redirected to City Express’s website, where you can view your tracking number.
If your card is deemed lost, you can cancel your card and request for a new one. Kindly ensure that your mailing address and mobile number are accurate and updated before proceeding with the delivery of your Physical Card.
