What if I still have not received my physical card after 5 working days?

 

Kindly ensure that your registered mailing address and mobile number are accurate and updated to the latest information in the GXBank app. You may verify this under "Me" > "Edit Profile". 

If you find the info is inaccurate or outdated, kindly have this updated and contact us to seek further assistance on the status of your card delivery by:
1. Contacting us via "Help Centre" in the GXBank app
2. Calling our 24/7 Customer Support Hotline at +603 7498 3188

If your card is deemed lost, you can cancel your card and request for a new one. Kindly ensure that your mailing address and mobile number are accurate and updated before proceeding with the delivery of your Physical Card.
