How do I report erroneous or unauthorised transaction?

When making a report, please provide us with the necessary details, including:

  1. Recipient's name
  2. Recipient's account number
  3. Transaction amount
  4. Transaction date and time
  5. Any comments entered in the transaction notes


If you have encountered a fraud or scam, we recommend filing a police report. In some cases, we may request a copy of the police report to assist us in our investigation.
