How do I reactivate my GX Account after it turns dormant?
You will receive a notification via your GXBank App and/or email informing you that your GX Savings Account has become dormant. To reactivate your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your GXBank App
- Tap "Verify now"
- Take a selfie to verify your identity
Once completed, your account will be successfully reactivated.
If you have removed the account from your device, need to bind the GXBank App to your device again, or have forgotten your PIN, you may need to complete additional steps before reactivating your GX Savings Account.
